Alvarez & Associates is a founding member and supporter of the Helping Heroes Foundation. The Helping Heroes Foundation donates aid, funds and services to our injured military and first responders as well as to the families of our fallen soldiers. The Foundation offers a way for Americans to get involved and give back to our Heroes by volunteering their time and providing financial support.

The Foundation’s role is to: help fund educational opportunities for the injured, coordinate financial, career and housing assistance, offer aid to emergency funding when found appropriate and guide, support and financially assist the families of fallen soldiers.

To effectively reach the goals of the Helping Heroes Foundation, Alvarez & Associates has adopted the following model:

• 1% employee time given to helping heroes
• 2% equity given to foundation
• 3% corporate profit

By following this basis, Alvarez & Associates is assisting the Helping Heroes Foundation to develop creative and compassionate solutions, tailored to specific needs and situations.
