August 28, 2010. Today marked the fifteenth anniversary of the Everett Alvarez High School opening. The high school was named after Mr. Alvarez in 1987 and opened its doors for the first time on August 28, 1995 and is located in Salinas, California, the hometown of Mr. Alvarez.
